The Purge option is available on DRY-O-TRON® DS/RS models size 040 and larger. This option has all the benefits of an Economizer-type design without the disadvantages of higher initial or fan operating costs associated with Economizer designs. In fact, the Purge option also benefits from having a return air plenum. For the engineer, this means a simplified return duct design.
-Part-time exhaust fan #1, with insulated damper and actuator, for minimum exhaust
-Part-time exhaust fan #2, with insulated damper and actuator, for purge (100%) exhaust
-Evaporator face damper and actuator
-Evaporator bypass damper and actuator
-Return air plenum
-7-day time clock for minimum exhaust
-Remote push button terminals for purge (100%) exhaust
-Outdoor air damper and actuator for 100% outdoor air
-Outdoor air sensor for economizer sequence
